What areas do you deliver to?

Delivery is free to all local areas ranging from approx Linlithgow to Denny, there may be a £7 fee if you are outside 10 miles of Falkirk, but please feel free to ask when enquiring. 

For areas outside 15 miles of Falkirk town center, delivery is £10 with a minimum of a full week hire (Friday to Friday)

Do we require an outside socket and tap?

We have fittings to connect to most water supplies. We will require a mains power point within 7metres from the location of the tub. All sockets will be checked with a safety plug prior to us connecting to them and extension leads are not permitted. We ask customers not to relocate our power lines once we have left.

How many people fit in the Hot Tubs?

The Miami hot tub can fit 2 - 4 people, eg. 2 adults + 2 kids.
The Paris hot tub can hold 4 - 6 adults

How do we empty the Hot Tub?

You don't have to drain the Hot Tub in advance, we have water pumps so we can pump water into any drain within 10mtrs.

Can we use the Hot Tub indoors?

No, the Hot Tubs are designed for outdoor use only

How large are the Hot Tubs?

Hot Tubs are usually 2 meters in diameter and the gazebos are a maximum of 3 x 3 meters and will fit in most gardens

Will they stay warm in winter?

Winter is our favorite, the cold chilly air and the warm water make for the perfect Hot Tub experience. Naturally, as you run the Hot Tub jets the temperature will slowly drop, so we would recommend once it is cooler (around 37 degrees) you exit and allow the Hot Tub to heat up.

How long can I hire the Hot Tub?

Our best package is Friday to Friday, giving our customers the best experience and a real fun week, but of course weekend and weekday packages are also available. So if you do not see your requirement listed please get in touch with us at info@jetsandbubbles.co.uk

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash or most visa/debt cards, along with paypal or BACS transfer.

 Will weather affect my booking?

We operate all year round and all our equipment is designed to stay out in most weathers. If high winds are forecast (over 20mph) we may cancel any booking that includes a gazebo.

We will offer you the opportunity to just have the spa or move your booking for you.

What happens if I damage the equipment?

You are responsible for all the equipment from set-up to collection.
Damage can be caused by damaging electric cables in windows and doors.
Animals damaging the spa
Standing or sitting on the filter housing.
Puncturing the liners with sharp objects.
